This notice covers the form on this website. The AlftekOne app has its own notice, which each customer company shows to its staff.

Who we are

AlftekOne is made by Alftek, Doha, Qatar. Questions about your data: faizan@alftek.com.

What we collect

• Your name, work email, company, country and team size.
• Your phone or WhatsApp number and your message, if you give them.
• Which pricing market you were looking at, the page you came from, and the time you sent the form.

Why

To reply to you, arrange a demo and send you a quote. We rely on your consent, which you give with the tick box, and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last conversation, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Who else sees it

Only the Alftek team. The form is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website. We do not sell your details, and this site has no advertising or tracking scripts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to faizan@alftek.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
